EVA & CO. SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION
Eva & Co. Marketplace purchases are not eligible for preference-based returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order and our customer service team will process a replacement. To move things along even faster, please include pictures of the damage or defect, the order number and the product name. All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
International returns are subject to different terms than U.S. returns. Currently, we are unable to process international returns for online purchases. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at email@example.com and we are delighted to assist you further.
Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, it should arrive in 3-5 business days.

Standard Shipping - U.S.
Most Eva & Co. orders are U.S. orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. *Please note: We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.
Shipping rates are effective as of August 14, 2021 and are subject to change.
DOMESTIC RATES (US, Alaska & Hawaii)
**Most items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require additional processing time. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the contiguous U.S. Please contact the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you live in Alaska or Hawaii and have any further questions about shipping.
**All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Please contact email@example.com for any additional assistance. Customers are responsible for import taxes, carrier fees, and customs declarations. Please allow 10-14 additional business days for delivery. Free shipping discounts and offers listed on our website or on social media do not apply to Canada shipments.
As of right now, Express Shipping is not available for Eva & Co, Marketplace products. This could change in the future, sorry for the inconvenience!
